SYNOPSIS

In 1972, twenty-one year old Alex, in prison for her part in a triple murder, sits down for an interview with reporter Jo Davis and reflects on whaat led her to the crime, the cult she was a part of, and her relationship with its leader. Four years earlier, when the handsome, mysterious and charismatic Jay walks into the bookstore where she worked, Alex instantly falls for him, unknowing of his dark intentions.
