100 Days of Solitude

SYNOPSIS

José Díaz, photographer and naturalist, embarks on a unique adventure: to live for a hundred days in a cabin in the Mountains of Redes Natural Park (Asturias) in complete solitude, without communication with the outside, and in a situation of self-sufficiency. José shows us with rigor and truthfulness how it is possible, in our frantic world, to live in harmony with nature, questioning “progress” and pleading for a return to our roots.
